i recently stayed at extended stay during a road trip, and it really exceeded my expectations. the room was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay feel like home.

I just loved my stay in the Studio with 2 Queen Beds! It was spacious and equipped with a stovetop and microwave The tv was a great touch for winding down after a busy day.

It’s frustrating that key cards kept malfunctioning, causing multiple trips to a mostly absent front desk!!! Charging for additional towels when the initial count was too low feels rather cheap. Would be nice to get basic room service without fees!!!

Had a decent stay with clean rooms and accommodating front desk staff, but some cleanliness issues in the laundry rooms could be improved. Would consider coming back!

The Extended Stay has spacious rooms with full kitchens that are perfect for long-term stays. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and the grab-and-go breakfast featuring granola bars and coffee helped get the day started right. The friendly staff truly made every effort to know guests on a first-name basis, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Had a fantastic time in my Studio with 2 Queen Beds! It was super comfy with a microwave, fridge, and stovetop for cooking. The flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and cozy sofa bed were great extras. The staff made check-in easy, and I loved the warm shower and the hairdryer in the private bathroom!

The location is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. The front desk staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, making check-in smooth. However, internet connectivity was poor in the back of the room, and I experienced a frustrating issue with a non-functioning door lock, which resulted in a room transfer. Although the situation was eventually resolved, it took longer than anticipated, and basic amenities like housekeeping were lacking.

It was just a strong match for a whistle-stop in Mettawa with real value for money. The laundry facilities were useful, though they could use a more regular cleaning schedule. Don't hesitate to call the front desk for supplies, as they can be slow to respond but are generally helpful.

Would recommend for a fleeting stay

Comfortable stay, convenient location, with friendly staff who were always available to assist. I appreciated having free parking and the ability to enjoy breakfast right on-site.
